There are so many techniques going on in this card. I've Stamped, Blended, Splattered and Embossed.
I first saw this card over on the Papertrey Ink site it is their Make It Monday #263 and there is even a video with all the details. I don't have the dies so I fussy cut my stamped images and did without on the background frame dies as in the video. You may see more from this stamp set in the near future.
