The bouquet of flowers were created by fussy cutting washi tape from Altenew that I had adhered to a piece of cardstock. The background I made with the Ranger Distressed Oxide's. I have cased this card from the Altenew blog. I started this card so long ago I do not have the original artists name, my apologies.
